Two young Jan Juc surfers tore up cyclonic waves at the Wahu Surf Camp at New South Wales’ Casuarina Beach, enjoying professional surfing coaching into the bargain.
The waves were provided by Cyclone Lusi while coaches at the Hurley Surfing Australia High Performance Centre provided the training.
Tully Wylie and Xavier Huxtable (pictured) won a grommet surfing competition at Ocean Grove which gained them places at the three-day training camp.
India Robinson, also from Jan Juc, will join the girls training camp on Friday.
