Service on the move

Formerly a licensed dealership of Scooters Australia, Scooters and Mobility Geelong still provides old fashioned customer service.
Owner operators Mark and Susan Dillon said the name change kept the business up with the times.
“It is essential to be with a great national buying group, such as Scooters and Mobility.
“This change in our purchasing power means we can now buy the world’s best products at the best prices! “And, of course, these savings are passed directly onto our valued customers without sacrificing service, reliability and back-up support.”
Scooters and Mobility trains its team with the motto “It’s not about providing the best scooter to the customer; it’s about providing the scooter that meets the customer’s needs the best”.
The company supplies Luggie, Monarch, Afikim and Merits as well as Drive, Pride, Shoprider and Freedom scooters.
It also stocks batteries, tyres and spare parts for scooters and power chairs along with lots of other mobility and home help products.
There is also a great range of walkers, wheelchairs, walking canes, specialty cushions, ramps and bathroom aids.
The trained staff takes the time to listen to customers’ requests, evaluate the best solutions and provide a range of options that best suit.
All this is done with a friendly smile and a distinct lack of “sales pressure”.
Scooters and Mobility Geelong also services, repairs, modifies and maintains all makes, models and brands of scooters and power chairs.
Scooters and Mobility Geelong is at 52 Charles Street, Newcomb.
