Q: How often do I need to attend sessions at The Firm?
A: You can choose to either attend three 30 minute sessions per week or two 45 minute sessions per week. Contracts lengths that are available are four weeks (one month), 12 weeks (three months), 24 weeks (six months) or 48 weeks (12 months).
Q: How much weight can I expect to lose on your program?
A: On average, you can expect to lose between 1kg to 1.5kg per week. Some people lose slightly less and some lose slightly more
Q: Are treatments painful?
A: Not at all! In fact you will find the treatments quite therapeutic as they tone, strengthen and lengthen your muscles. Relax and enjoy some much needed ‘me’ time.
