A woman became trapped in her car after hitting a power pole off Shell Road near Point Lonsdale on Sunday night.
Police said the 22-year-old woman was driving the car when it left the road and crashed into the power pole about 9pm.
Emergency services freed the woman after she had been trapped “for a time” and then paramedics treated her, according to Ambulance Victoria.
Paramedics airlifted the woman to The Alfred in a stable condition with lower body injuries, Ambulance Victoria said.
