Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 14-year-old Geelong boy Tylah Malachowski.
Tylah was last seen on Monday (11 February) in the Kew area.
Police have concerns for Tylah’s welfare due to his age and the length of time he has been missing.
They believe he may be travelling with his mother.
Police have released an image of Tylah in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Investigators urged anyone with information about Tylah to phone Geelong Police Station on 5225 3100.
