BMX theft at Waurn Ponds

Police have appealed for information after a BMX bicycle worth around $500 was stolen from the Waurn Ponds Shopping Centre last month.

On Wednesday, July 27, at approximately 2pm, the victim left his green BMX bicycle outside Woolworths at the centre.

Upon returning a short time later, the victim noticed his bike had been stolen.

CCTV shows a male, described as Caucasian, approximately 180cm tall, with long red/brown hair and facial hair remove the bike before leaving the scene.
