All about the customer

Car salesmen and cousins Luke and Justin Hanneysee say their customers make the job worthwhile.
“We want to thank Geelong people for supporting us,” Luke says. “It helps us support businesses and charities in the region.”
Mike Hanneysee Car Sales uses auto electricians, mechanics, tyre fitters, painters, upholsterers and a number of other trades in Geelong.
“Spending your money locally means we can reinvest the money locally,” Luke says.
The cousins sell to people from all walks of life, from first-car buyers to drivers looking to upgrade.
“We also specialise in European cars which not many places in Geelong do,” Luke says.
The dealership’s location means anyone from Geelong can try before they buy, he adds.
“We’re happy for someone to take a car for half a day and have a coffee in Barwon Heads before they make the investment.”
And last of all, buying locally guarantees piece of mind.
“We RACV test all our cars and we make sure they have service books and history with them,” Luke says.
The dealership has a courtesy car for any customers needing work done.
“They can bring a car back if they do have a warranty issue and we can fix it up,” Luke says.
“That doesn’t happen too often though.”
