A MAN has been hospitalised after a stabbing attack at Winchelsea this morning.
The man was reportedly stabbed several times and sustained serious head injuries as well.
A woman believed in her 20s was also injured in the incident and hospitalised, according to reports.
She is believed to be helping police with investigations into the attack, which occurred when two men reportedly broke into a Jackson Street property about 8am.
The injured man was flown to the Royal Melbourne Hospital, the woman to Geelong Hospital.
