Change set for scooters

The directors of My Mobility have announced that the company has recently upgraded and is now known as Scooters and Mobility Geelong.
Formerly a licensed dealership of Scooters Australia, Scooters and Mobility Geelong is still conveniently located at 52 Charles Street, Newcomb, and old fashioned customer service is still standard for all customers.
The only noticeable changes are the new bright signage and an improved product range at better prices.
Owner operators Mark and Susan Dillon said the change was necessary to evolve the business and keep up with the times.
“It is essential to be with a great national buying group, such as Scooters and Mobility, especially in a market as competitive as Geelong,” Mark said.
“This change in our purchasing power means we can now buy the world’s best products at the best prices.
“And, of course, these savings are passed directly onto our valued customers without sacrificing service, reliability and back-up support.”
Scooters and Mobility trains its local team with the motto ‘It’s not about providing the best scooter to the customer; it’s about providing the scooter that meets the customer’s needs the best’.
“We have always been able to supply Luggie, Monarch, Afikim and Merits as our stock products but we can now add Drive, Pride, and Shoprider scooters to the mix, giving our customers the widest option of choices in the Geelong, Bellarine and Surf Coast regions.
“We also stock batteries, tyres, puncture proof tyres and spare parts for scooters and powerchairs.
“We have recently added security alarms and immobilisers for scooters and powerchairs to our offerings, along with lots of other mobility and home help products.
“We have a great range of walkers, wheelchairs, walking canes, specialty cushions, ramps and bathroom aids in store now.
“Ask us for anything, we can source it for you.”
The trained staff members take the time to listen to customers’ requests, evaluate the best solutions and provide a range of options that best suit the requirements of the end user.
This is all done with a friendly smile and a distinct lack of sales pressure.
Scooters and Mobility Geelong also provides, at no extra charge, the following benefits when buying a scooter or powerchair:
* Free extended warranties;
* Free RACV Roadside Assist on most models;
* Free spare tube;
* Free high-vis safety flag;
* Free comprehensive training;
* Free safety guides;
* Free follow up training.
To view the range of scooters pop into the store anytime or call to arrange a free no obligation home demonstration.
Scooters and Mobility Geelong also services, repairs, modifies and maintain all makes, models and brands of scooters and power chairs.
This work can be done both in store and in customers’ homes by a highly skilled scooter technician.
To book a demo or service call direct on 5248 7338 or freecall on 1800 726 000.
Scooters and Mobility Geelong is at 52 Charles Street, Newcomb.
