Focus of care is in the fabric

Brentwood Aged Care is a modern 104 bed facility that offers aging in place and respite care.
It offers all single rooms with private en suites, with lounge/ dining/ function/ living areas available throughout for residents’ comfort and enjoyment.
The focus of care that is embedded into the fabric of the facility is based on wellbeing and independence. All residents are comprehensively assessed for all aspects of their care which includes physical, social, cultural and spiritual factors to ensure that their wellbeing is not compromised.
Care is therefore planned, delivered, monitored and evaluated utilising a range of specialist nursing and medical care interventions.
The philosophy is to ensure that residents’ continued access to the community as part of their social needs is facilitated and friends and family who are encouraged to take part in activities held within the facility.
All clinical services are managed by the expertise of a facility manager, clinical care co-ordinator, registered nurses and enrolled nurses with the assistance of personal care assistants.
Trained nurses are on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Brentwood Aged Care provides single rooms with private en suite; high-low beds; built-in wardrobes; nurse call system in room and en suite; individual controlled heater, ceiling fan; air-conditioned common areas; secured internal courtyard; meals prepared on site by commercial catering company; lifestyle activities and on-site laundry services.
