Lack of funding often stops people from changing careers or upskilling.
Recent exemptions to the VTG eligibility guidelines for not-for-profit Learn Local organisations mean that even those who have previously accessed funded training could be eligible for further funded training with Diversitat Training.
Those who are looking at upskilling their current role or who want to change their career can do so now – but only up until December 2016.
