Training needs met

Diversitat Training can help people recently retrenched, unable to find work in their chosen field or struggling to access funded courses due to existing qualifications.
Each scenario rules out funded training, meaning full course prices must be paid. But recent exemptions to eligibility requirements for Diversitat Training students have changed the game.
Even students who have previously accessed funded training can now be eligible under the exemptions for not-for-profit Learn Local organisations, but only until 31 December 2016.
Diversitat Training courses utilise industry experts passionate about helping students reach their full potential.
Personalised service and small class sizes provide students with individual support as they also benefit from the learnings of others.
Each student learns from a trainer who is accessible, experienced in the industry involved and armed with advice on achieving a career pathway.
Diversitat trainer Nick Jenkin recommends Community Services and Disability Support qualifications.
“I’m most passionate about social justice, advocacy and reducing the incidence and impact of domestic and family violence on our community,” Nick says.
“There are huge personal rewards in supporting people to improve their quality of life and there’s a massive increase in the opportunities for employment in the industries related to the qualifications I train due to the introduction of the NDIS.”
Anyone passionate about community services, aged care, health services, working with children, disability or youth work should call Diversitat Training to take advantage of the changes to funding eligibility.
More information is available by phoning Diversitat Training on 5246 9600.
