Pako Festa guide

Alcohol-free zone: With the exception of designated licensed areas, alcohol is strictly prohibited at Pako Festa. Fines up to $2000 may apply.
Don’t forget: Hat, sunscreen, comfy shoes, water, and an ashtray if a smoker.
Keep it clean: Recycling stations and rubbish bins will be available around the site.
Pako Headquarters: Diversitat, Geelong West Town Hall, 153 Pakington Street, Geelong West. Visit for lost and found children and belongings, or for general information phone 5221 6044.
Pets: Pako Festa is an extremely busy event, so pets should be left at home to avoid distress to them and others.
Road closures: Pakington Street and adjoining streets are closed to all traffic from and including Anglesea and Collins Street at the northern end and Autumn Street at the southern end from 3am before reopening at 10pm.
Toilets: Toilets are located at West Park, Geelong West Town Hall, Karingal and Waratah Street.
Water Water will be available from many traders and stalls.
Ramps: Ramps for easy access from the road to the pavement are located between Albert and Weller streets and Albert and Preston streets.
Parking: Accessible parking is available behind Town Hall.
Specific Needs Centre: Facilities for people with disabilites, the elderly, breast-feeding mothers et cetera will be available at Karingal, 151 Pakington Street.
Chill-out spaces: A rest area with free drinks, seats and shade will be available at Geelong West Presbyterian Church, corner Waratah and Pakington Street. Tea and coffee and children’s cold drinks and activities will be available at Geelong Vineyard Church, 178 Pakington Street.
