Vallis IGA’s open for Christmas

Vallis IGA’s got you covered for any last minute supermarket runs in preparation for Christmas lunch or dinner.
Both their Hamlyn Heights and Highton stores will be open every day over the festive season; even on Christmas morning until noon.
Due to celebrate their 36th Christmas at their Hamlyn Heights Store, co-owner Tony Valenti has seen the rise in need for organic and gluten free products over the years.
This Christmas both Vallis stores have a beautiful selection of Christmas gifts in those areas of demand.
“You’d be amazed by how busy it is here on Christmas morning,“ he said.
“There’s always last minute things people need to pick up.“
Vallis IGA is currently offering specials on Christmas cakes and Belgium chocolate gift boxes, with Italian Panettone’s priced at 20 per cent off in the lead up to Christmas.
Hot chickens will also be available to order.
Mr Valenti said customers could have a chat with the staff at their continental delicatessen about custom, pre-made to order antipasto platters of cured meats and cheeses.
“We can accommodate for a range of platters if people have something in mind,“ he said.
“Our produce is always fully stocked and everything is fresh.“
Vallis IGA is at 111 Vines Rd, Hamlyn Heights, and 53 North Valley Rd, Highton.
For more information, phone 5278 4247 (Hamlyn Heights) or 5243 1400 (Highton).
