Helping health with massage

Massage Champions has finished as a finalist in four categories at the Powercor Geelong Business Excellence Awards: Health & Wellbeing, Corporate Social Responsibility, Regional Business, and Small Business 4-10 Employees
Massage Champions is Australia’s leading provider of business coaching for massage therapists.
“Our goal is to improve the health of this nation by helping one million extra Australians access massage therapy in the next 5 years,“ says Massage Champions’ Elicia Crook.
“We do this by training therapists to grow their booking numbers and run successful businesses.
“While running my own massage clinic for 16 years I learnt what works and what doesn’t. I noticed a big gap within the industry because what we experienced real time in our business was nothing like what I had been taught in my massage course, so I launched Massage Champions in August 2015 to fill this training gap.
Elicia says her strategy is to offer a cutting-edge “one-to-many” approach utilising online video training and social media communication.
“This enables us to work with hundreds of clients across Australia and New Zealand and create an impact magnitudes larger than our competitors who work one-to-one in their local areas.
“For 2017 our goal is to help 500 massage therapists become ’champions’ as they each turn their passion into a rocking business.
We do this through two premium programs: Fully Booked Without Burnout, an intensive six-week online program for therapists with five to 10 clients weekly but aiming for 25 consistently; and 6 Figure Therapist, a 12-month incubator for therapists wanting a clinic with staff and a turnover reaching $500,000.“
