Being aware of your hearing this year

Many people put off dealing with small issues with their hearing and in doing so make the solution much harder and sometimes more costly.
Hearing Awareness Week is the annual reminder that hearing matters.
Most people’s first hearing issues are wax or infection related.
Waurn Ponds Hearing Clinic offers a full service clinic.
It runs earwax removal and ear health appointments where staff can manage debris in ears using the latest in micro-suction and wax curettes and even water syringing and then assess the middle ear health using tympanometry.
If this doesn’t solve the issue, they can then move on to full diagnostic hearing assessments.
As they are a full-time local audiological service they can also do all types of hearing aid fittings for private, government pension system and Workcover clients and do minor services for most brands on site.
The administration manager Kirsty has just completed her advanced practice in hearing aid repairs and mould grinding to improve repair turn around.
This means that clients can drop in for minor repairs without an appointment and still obtain quality service
So stopping avoiding those hearing issues and improve life at Waurn Ponds Hearing clinic.
