It’s a shore thing

At the Queenscliff IV Model Boat Exhibition, you’ll see more than 120 model boats of all types from clubs around Victoria.
All sorts of vessels will be on show, including cruise ships up to three metres long, naval vessels, and local highlights such as the old sea pilots’ cruiser Wyuna and today’s pilot launches.
The exhibition will be held in the unique boat building shed at the Queenscliff Maritime Museum, where you can talk to the model-makers themselves about their passion for boatbuilding in miniature.
Demonstrations of radio-controlled vessels will take place in a pool especially set up for the show.
Entry to the Model Boat Exhibition includes entry to the Queenscliff Maritime Museum itself, where there are even more models on display as well as the full-size lifeboat ‘Queenscliff’.
This exhibition offers plenty of fun for people of all ages.

2 Wharf Street, Queenscliff 3225
When: Sun 25 September until Sat 1 October
10.30am until 4.30pm daily
