TAMMI Moxon became Mrs Butters in front of more than 23,000 people at Skilled Stadium on Saturday.
The 23-year-old bride married Aaron Butters while watching the Cats’ 66-point domination of North Melbourne.
Geelong may have won its 25th successive match at the ground but all eyes were on the lucky couple from Clifton Springs.
Mrs Butters, who won her wedding in a K-Rock radio competition, called the Skilled Stadium ceremony “amazing”.
“Everyone was cheering,” she said.
“We wouldn’t have married for a least another year without all of this help. Everyone’s been unbelievably generous.”
Mrs Butters said she and Aaron had planned to marry in February but “unforeseen circumstances” forced them to cancel.
Skilled Stadium manager Natalie Valentine said the wedding was “one of only a rare few held on match day”.
