Detectives have arrested a third person following the suspicious disappearance of Leopold man Paul Kingsbury.
Investigators arrested John Nelis at an address in Fairbairn Drive, Corio just before 11pm last night.
The 30-year-old is currently in custody assisting police with their enquiries.
Mr Kingsbury disappeared from a property in Larkins Lane in the early hours on Sunday 6 July.
