Q&A with Geelong lawyer Andrew Senia

How long have you been a lawyer for?
I’ve been practicing law for more than 40 years.
What are some of your achievements?
I’ve represented clients in a variety of matters, from the preparation of wills and powers of attorney to large, complex legal disputes involving large sums of money.
I’ve successfully defended clients on charges including murder, manslaughter and corporate crime.
Where do you practice from?
Suite 2, 110 Brougham Street, Geelong, on the waterfront. Anyone with a legal matter is welcome to phone me on 5221 6788.
What’s your community involvment?
I’ve established numerous organisations and promoted several projects for the betterment of Geelong, including searching for an icon for Geelong, which was run hand-in-hand with the Indy and the tourism industry.
I’ve sat on various local boards and committees and am currently president of Ratepayers Geelong.
Do you have any other qualifications?
I hold a Bachelors of Jurisprudence degree, I’m a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Supreme Court of Victoria commissioner.
What’s your most-valuable business asset?
