Beverley and Margaret have known each other for 45 years and have lived five blocks apart their whole lives.
Now they’ve moved in to Palm Lake Resort Truganina and live only five houses apart!
They both felt they needed to downsize their homes.
Surprisingly enough, when Margaret mentioned looking into a Lifestyle Resort, Beverley had been thinking the same way.
Palm Lake Resort Truganina was their first stop of five on a weekend tour of different resorts.
On their first tour of the village, they both felt that Palm Lake Resort had a genuinely friendly vibe.
Margaret said that walking through the designs at Palm Lake Resort she could see herself living there and moving from the only home she’s ever known.
Beverley and Margaret both put their deposits down on the same day on unconstructed homes.
They wanted to build homes from the ground up and be able to see their dreams become a reality.
Six months after they placed their deposits they moved in, both on the same day!
Beverley said they originally planned to move in a week apart – so they could help each other move.
They decided to move in on the same day and it helped tremendously to have each other’s support.
Palm Lake Resort Truganina provides affordable luxury living for active adults who are looking for a lifestyle change.
