Early fix to hearing loss

172333 bloomTM is committed to helping people try and get hearing help sooner.

bloomTM hearing specialists are passionate about driving awareness and discussion around hearing education, problem identification and treatment.
Hearing loss is still surrounded by stigma – often relating to being a reflection of age or ageing – but that is not the case as hearing loss does not discriminate.
Hearing loss is often “tomorrow’s problem” and due to the often gradual nature of hearing loss, it’s generally accepted that addressing hearing loss and acting on it is a slow process for most.
Statistics show that people with hearing loss wait an average of seven years before seeking help – which is just far too long. So bloomTM is committed to helping people try and get help sooner and not miss out on the many great experiences and memories that occur over a seven-year period.
As part of their further commitment to the local area, bloomTM are launching a new visiting site in Ocean Grove, fortnightly from Tuesday 19 September.
Visiting site will be located at BAHG (bellarinealliedhealthgroup), corner of Guthridge Street and Wallington Road, Ocean Grove.
On Friday 11 August members from bloomTM Newtown visited the Ocean Grove Golf Club and offered members free five-minute hearing checks and hearing reports at the conclusion of their morning rounds.
Client Care Specialist at Newtown, Lydia Timpano, is excited about extending the Newtown clinic support into the Ocean Grove community and also about driving hearing awareness and discussion in the area throughout this month.
“Family members, work colleagues and friends are often more aware of someone’s hearing loss than the person themselves. So it’s important for all of us to talk about hearing loss, but equally to listen, learn and act if there is a concern.”
Together, we will find the perfect hearing solution for your lifestyle.
