Embrace the summer at Novotel

As the weather warms up and the Geelong coastline looks more inviting each day, one of the best views in town is providing the perfect place to catch up with friends and family.

Novotel Geelong’s new summer pop-up bar offers classy coastal vibes, with all day drinks and delightful local produce featured on its tapas-style menu.

Novotel Geelong general manager John Dickson and the team have been busy getting everything ready for a sensational summer at Novotel.

“We’re really excited to welcome our much-loved locals and Geelong visitors into our new summer pop-up bar on level 2 at the Novotel Geelong,” Mr Dickson said.

“Our sunset sessions will be a fantastic place to catch up for a drink or a bite to eat where you can simply sit back, relax and enjoy the waterfront views overlooking Steampacket Gardens and the beautiful bay while our friendly staff serve you.”

With overhead fairy lights and vertical gardens setting the scene, you might struggle to find a better spot to spend your summer.

Showcasing the Geelong waterfront, patrons can enjoy their evenings on the balcony, drink in hand, while taking in the magnificent view of the Spirit of Tasmania and ferries coming in the bay.

Novotel has teamed up with Grey Goose to ensure there is a variety of cocktails flowing all summer long, with local wineries, distilleries and Bells Beach Brewery adding to the immaculate vibe on the pop-up balcony bar.

Seating up to 60 people outside and another 30 inside, the location is perfect for birthdays, engagement parties and private functions, for more information. Contac”t events@novotelgeelong.com.au

Downstairs Novotel’s open air alfresco dining will be open for buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner with a new menu of Mediterranean fusion recently unveiled.
