Bail denied

A man has been denied bail after being charged with indecently assaulting a 16-year-old girl in Geelong this week. Kor Beyong, 26, appeared at Geelong Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday seeking bail in relation to the alleged incident on Tuesday. Magistrate Ann McGarvie refused bail after finding Mr Beyong would pose an unacceptable risk in the community and remanded him in custody until his next appearance on July 10.
