A 15-year-old boy who went missing in northeast Victoria could be in Geelong, according to police.
Police on Friday appealed for public assistance to find missing teenager Lachlan Mitchell, last seen at Baddaginnie on 24 October.
Police and family have concerns for Lachlan’s welfare due to his age.
He was last seen wearing black tracksuit pants, black runners and a white windcheater, police said.
Police believed Lachlan was in the Geelong area.
Investigators on Friday released an image of Lachlan in hope that someone might have information on his current whereabouts.
They urged anyone who saw Lachlan or had information on his whereabouts to phone Benalla Police Station on (03) 5760 0200.
