Missing 77-year-old in need of medical attention

A 77-year-old man who uses a wheelchair and needs medical attention has been missing for two weeks, prompting calls for public assistance to find him.

Police on Saturday released an image of missing man Paul Kelly, last seen at Westfield Shopping Centre in central Geelong on 13 June.

Investigators held concerns for Mr Kelly’s welfare due to his need for medical attention, and believed he was currently in a wheelchair and could be travelling to Torquay.

They described him as having a thin build, blue eyes, shaved head, long white beard and a bandage on his left leg.

Police released the image of Mr Kelly in hope someone recognised him and could provide information on his whereabouts.

They urged anyone who sees him or has information on his whereabouts to phone Corio Police Station on 5273 9555.
