Gforce Employment Solutions chief Rob Birch says 2018 Geelong Business Excellence Awards finalists owe much of their success to having “the right team members“.
Rob aligns his business philosophy with entrepreneur Richard Branson, who said: “Success in business is all about people, people, people. Your team is your biggest competitive advantage“.

Recently Gforce expanded to provide disability employment services under the name EGF Solutions.
