Geelong Business Excellence Awards 2016 winner Adroit Insurance & Risk always strives to improve no matter how well business is going.
Adroit joins the awards again as a major sponsor to help other local businesses do the same, according the company’s Geelong branch manager Darrell Fenton.
“We think it’s great for the Geelong region,” he says.
Despite winning the awards’ top prize, the company still found small things it could “tweak” thanks to the entry process, Darrell says.
“We were able to sit back, have a look at our business and take stock of where we were at.”
Darrell is “chuffed” to present the Business Leader of the Year award on a night he describes as fantastic great recognition for Geelong’s tight-knit business community.
“It’s getting bigger and bigger each year,” he says.
