2016 winner Adroit ‘here to help’

Adroit Insurance and Risk is helping Geelong companies take on tomorrow by offering the insight and guidance of a true business partner.
Managing principal Darrell Fenton says the company’s recent name change, from Adroit Insurance Group, better reflects that purpose.
“We’re more than just brokers. We’re risk advisors helping clients navigate the complex world of insurance”
The 2016 Geelong Business Excellence Award winner offers insurance for almost everything but it’s approach sets Adroit apart, Mr Fenton says.
“We truly understand the unique needs of our clients by immersing ourselves in their world. We build a complete picture of the pressures and risks they face every day.”
The 2016 award helped Adroit further improve, Mr Fenton says.
“Sometimes you don’t know what you don’t know and the awards process is a really great opportunity to take an in-depth look at your business and where you can improve. Our industry’s always changing so we’ve got to be on the front foot, but the thing I liked most about winning was the enjoyment and pride of our team.”
The win precludes Adroit form entering again until 2020 but managing director Andrew Locke has returned as a judge.
“We continue supporting this fantastic concept for Geelong,” Mr Fenton says.
“We recommend entering to clients.”
