HR4Business was a finalist in the categories for Micro Business 1-3 Employees, Customer Service at the Powercor Geelong Business Excellence Awards.
HR4Business was established in 2009 after principal consultant Sue Kelly identified a market for professional human resource management consulting services in the Geelong region.
After working a sole trader in a home-based office, and in order to meet the increasing workload and rapidly growing client base by 2012, Sue employed two team members and moved into leased premises on Yarra St.
The HR4Business team has continued to expand, now comprising seven staff in a new office on Fenwick St.
HR4Business specialises in delivery of human resource management solutions and advice tailored to meet clients’ unique requirements.
The service delivery model is flexible and the company’s unique organisational framework enables it to support small, medium businesses with little or no HR infrastructure as well as tailoring its services to complement existing HR teams within larger organisations.
Key areas of service delivery are HR consulting and compliance auditing, outplacement, training, industrial relations, mediation and investigation, HR project management, and recruitment.
The team of consultants at HR4Business is practical, with hands-on experience in human resource management across a vast spectrum of industries and sectors.
The team uses this point of difference to service a variety of sectors, understanding the challenges faced by employers.
HR4Business provides expertise to support Geelong businesses as an alternative to accountant, lawyer or employer bodies.
The company’s vision is to be a leading provider of human resource management solutions and advice across the wider region.
