Supatramp teams leap into action

Category: Medium Business
Winner: Supatramp

Supatramp was born from two families with a desire to develop a strong and successful business in Geelong.
Identifying an emerging sector in the indoor-trampoline industry, they started with a blank sheet of paper and a strong vision.
They looked for key points of difference to set them apart and become leaders in a high-growth industry.
The company’s priorities in the development stage were: safety first and foremost, investing in the local community, including trades and suppliers; engagement with local youth; and creating a stable and profitable business.
The result is a $4.3 million state-of-the-art indoor entertainment complex with multiple activities under the one roof.
Three years on, with an additional centre opening in Wodonga, the company has an enormous sense of pride in what has been accomplished.
Supatramp is now the market leader in active, safe and innovative family entertainment and is the best fun anyone could have indoors.
Staff members are warm, welcoming and energetic with customers and team members who can hear the energy and enthusiasm in their voices.
Staff want to be able to answer their customers’ questions and offer help, so they are committed to maintaining knowledge on products, offers, processes and procedures.
Interpersonal skills and the way staff members interact with customers are exceptional. They listen, they learn and problem solve.
They interpret verbal and non-verbal messages and use this knowledge to identify, define and address problems.
Staff members are neat and tidy, their hair is groomed and their uniforms are clean and ironed because they know they represent the Supatramp brand.
