Quality design, finish

Local builder Enso Homes reached the finals of the Advanced Manufacturing & Industry and Small Business 4-10 Employees categories at the 2017 Powercor Geelong Business Excellence Awards.
Established in 2016, Enso Homes is a low-volume, quality builder based at North Geelong.
The company builds new homes across the Greater Geelong, Surf Coast and Werribee regions.
Quality construction, striking architectural designs and excellent customer service are paramount to the builder’s mission of meeting every client’s unique needs to provide them with their perfect home.
Enso Homes was born of an observation that the majority of small-house designs in the current market lacked street appeal because they predominantly target first-home buyers or investors with limited budgets.
Enso Homes occupied the consequent gap in the market by offering small-house designs with quality floor plans and facades that offer architectural merit for downsizers or house-proud young professionals.
The goal of Enso Homes is to become the number one-choice for people wanting to build a quality home on their own terms, and one that meet the needs of their family.
Enso Homes is a member of Housing Industry Australia and accredited with a Domestic Builders Unlimited – 44641 licence.
The company is constantly improving its procedures and processes with the goal of achieving ISO 4801 Occupational Health and Safety and ISO 9001 Quality Management accreditations.
Enso Homes says the accreditations will assist in establishing the builder as an industry leader while helping the company stand out from other small home builders.
