Splash of spring colour

PANSY DIVISION: City Hall parks staff Stephanie Marsal and Luke Walsh add a splash of spring colour to Malop Street this week. The City planted 3000 pansies between Moorabool and Yarra streets to replace the strip's winter stock of kale which has since been composted.
