Dalton Automotive know all about cars

No matter if it’s a competition vehicle or the daily drive, performance and economy matters, as Dalton Automotive know well.
It’s the passion behind competing in motor sports that helps the team at Dalton Automotive ensure that every car drives out of the workshop in tip top form.
Chris Dalton says Dalton Automotive has been servicing and repairing vehicles from everyday vehicles to race cars for the last 22 years.
“We offer a full range of services from a basic handbook service to full engine rebuilds,” Chris explains.
“New car servicing is a speciality and it doesn’t affect any factory warranties, all carried out to handbook specifications.”
The VACC accredited member and repairer offers services from just $139.
But it’s the chassis dyno that gives Dalton Automotive the edge on most workshops, enabling Chris and his staff the ability to fine tune any car.
Chris says a dyno tune can add 10 to 15 per cent to performance and power and five to 10 per cent to the economy.
Dalton Automotive also handles an increasing number of diesel powered cars, including performance upgrades, servicing and dyno tuning.
“We love it, we are passionate about what we do,” Chris says.
It’s why customers with modified cars also bring Chris their daily drive for everything from service and repair work to major rebuilds.
And given that Chris still races his Mazda RX7, Dalton Automotive are also rotary specialists.
Dalton Automotive is at 10 Wood St, South Geelong phone 5224 2708.
