The Geelong Wellbeing Centre, formerly the Geelong Beauty and Wellbeing Centre, is celebrating seven years of service to the Geelong community. Calm, relax, get well.
Clinics
The Lucy Rose Thyroid (Testing and Solutions) and Naturopathic Clinic is a nationwide provider servicing the Geelong and regional areas. Private health rebates available.
Gabrielle van der Schoor is a registered psychologist with 10 years’ experience in the public and private sector and psychiatric, community and aged care nursing.
She provides specific training in cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, treating sleep disorders, self-esteem, anger management, pain management, chronic disease and adolescent health issues.
Bulk billing is available, for details call 5221 2535.
Janine Warner Dip.R.M. is a former nurse and qualified remedial masseur with seven years’ experience. Janine has provided treatment for all types of injuries – work related, motor vehicle, sports and leisure. She has experience with people with special needs including aged care patients. She has experience in pregnancy massage. Private health cover rebates available.
Olivia White has a diploma of spiritual counselling, is an accredited Hahnemann healer and a qualified parenting coach and relationship counsellor.
The centre wishes to open clinics in podiatry, osteopathy, occupational therapy and acupuncture and is seeling expressions of interest.
Clients can be bulk billed with a GP mental health plan and are on concession card. This enables 10 visits per year under the referral.
Full fee paying clients will pay a $50 gap fee payment with the plan.
The centre offers voluntary services to the Geelong Hospital staff and fundraising for charity. We will donate $10 (a one-off per client) for any booking made in March on 5221 2535.
