Silvers Circus at showgrounds

SILVERS Circus has returned to Geelong for the school holidays.
The circus premiered at Geelong Showgrounds on Wednesday night and will continue wowing local audiences until 12 April under the guidance of ring master and illusionist Simon Tait.
A household name after almost four decades on the road in Australia, Silvers features all the sparkle, glamour and death-defying acts expected of Australia’s premier circus.
Each two-hour show under the big tip features more than 11 exciting international acts.
Highlights of the show include Dominik Gasser and Ramon Kathriner in the amazing Wheel of Steel, motorcyclists riding the Globe of Death, dazzling hula hoop queen Gypsy and some of Australia’s best high-wire performers.
Regular favourites like clowns and trained animals are also part of the fun at Silvers Circus.
New to the show this year is Klara J in Antipodist, which means foot juggling. Audiecnes will be intrigued as Klara J juggles everything from footballs to fireballs in the only act of its type in Australia.
Show times and more information is available at silverscircus.com.au.
Tickets are available from ticketmaster.com.au, phone 136 100 or from the circus direct by phoning 0413 880 044 or 0400 456 157.
Geelong Showgrounds is at 79 Breakwater Rd, Breakwater.
