UPDATE: Missing 13-year-old Geelong girl Mackenzie Keynon has been located safe and well, police have advised.
She was spotted by an off-duty police officer at the Marshall railway station at 3pm this afternoon.

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate missing 13-year-old Norlane girl MacKenzie Keynon.
It is believed MacKenzie left her Geelong High School on Little Ryrie St around 3pm yesterday.
She was wearing her school uniform consisting of a navy blue skirt and a red windcheater. She was carrying a white bag.
MacKenzie is around 160cm tall with long brown hair, olive complexion and weighs around 60kg.
Investigations have revealed she caught a train to Marshall where she arrived around 10pm last night.
CCTV shows that MacKenzie was with a boy believed to be aged around 16 or 17 years wearing a black hoodie.
MacKenzie’s family hold concerns for her welfare and are urging her to contact them or police.
