Natalie on song for summer GC

BY DAY she’s a pretty mum of two living a suburban family life in Herne Hill.
But in the evening she’s an international star of the stage, singing like an angel in theatre productions anywhere from London’s West End to the grandest venues in Australia.
Natalie O’Donnell had long flown under the radar in her home town until Geelong Coast magazine (GC) tracked her down between jobs.
Natalie speaks about her life in theatre, film and TV in the summer edition of GC.
Singing, she says, is a “true reflection of me”.
“I think how lucky I am to have that ability … but you do have to protect yourself a bit – giving people a bit of yourself can be a risk.”
On sale at newsagents, GC features 92 high-gloss pages full of local people and their stories.
Sports commentator Dwayne Russell talks about his family life away from the microphone, paparazzi king Darryn Lyons leads a tour of his Western Beach mansion and local retailers present this summer’s finest fashions for a 10-page picture spread.
All this and much more in the summer edition of GC – out now.
