Bowlers dominate local cricket

Ball seemed to dominate bat in Geelong Cricket Association and Bellarine Peninsula Cricket Association games on Saturday 20 February.

Apart from Leopold’s Michael Kenneady and East Geelong pair James Lidgett and Luke Inglis, who all made centuries, eight bowlers took five wickets or more with Corio’s Mitchell Humm the standout with 8/47 from 26 overs while Bell Park’s Mitch Trask took 7/21 from 22 overs and Geelong West’s Rajasekhar Reddy Lanireddy took 7/70.
