Cats midfielder Mitch Duncan has signed on until the end of the 2024 season.
The 28-year-old has spent his entire 203 game career with Geelong since joining the club following the 2009 season.
The West Australian was due to become an unrestricted free agent at the end of 2020.
“The club is delighted to see Mitch commit to the club,” Geelong’s general manager Simon Lloyd said.
“Mitch has been a mainstay of our team over 10 seasons, a dependable, intelligent teammate and a quality player.
“Our members and supporters have watched Mitch’s career unfold and we all look forward to it continuing over the next five seasons.”
