Police search for missing man

The disappearance of Herne Hill man Dean Saunders about a month ago has prompted police calls for public assistance to find him.

The 37-year-old was last seen on 18 May about 3pm at a Barwarre Rd address at Grovedale before he went missing.

Police and family held concerns for Mr Saunders due to the length of time he has been missing and his medical conditions.

He is known to frequent Grovedale, Thomson and Geelong.

Police released an image of Mr Saunders on Monday in hope that someone might have information on his current whereabouts.

They described him as about 185cm tall with a solid build, blue eyes and brown hair.

Police urged anyone who sees him or with information on his whereabouts to phone Geelong Police Station on 03 5225 3100.
