Footage revealed following fatal collision

Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives continue to investigate a fatal hit and run in Norlane, with police appealing for any further information from the public.

CCTV footage has been released from the December 11 collision of a 31-year-old man hit by a black utility while riding an e-scooter along Foster Road at around 6.40pm.

The Norlane man died at the scene despite the effort of emergency services, and police have seized a ute believed to have been involved in the collision.

Detectives are working to identify who was driving the vehicle, with the registered owner of the black 2007 Holden Rodeo speaking with police and not believed to have possessed the vehicle at the time.

Police hope someone may be able to provide further information on the incident and ask the public to contact Crime Stoppers at 1800 333 000 or www.crimestoppersvic.com.au
