The multi-storey Harding Park apartments venture faces a legal challenge despite Geelong’s council giving it a green light this week.
Harding Park Alliance spokesperson Rob Campbell said the group would appeal to the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) to reject the bayside apartments plan.
