Police are investigating after a large fibreglass swimming pool was stolen from a property in Wandana Heights last month.

Police said the unknown offender had entered a construction site on Moncrieff Crescent between 10.30pm and 11pm on October 20.

A truck was used to load the seven-metre pool, worth $14,000, before driving away.

Police have released an image of the truck leaving the premises and have asked anyone who recognises it to contact Crime Stoppers.

The truck had grey tape or plastic covering what may have been a company name on both sides of the cab, as well as yellow ‘oversize’ signs on the front and rear.

The pool was described as a slate colour and branded as ‘modern pool’.

Anyone who recognises the truck or with information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or file a confidential report online at www.crimestoppersvic.com.au
