CLASSIC cars will overrun Geelong’s waterfront this weekend.
Organisers said the second annual Geelong Revival would be one of the largest motoring festivals in the Australia, bringing together a unique mix of cars, motorcycles, fashion and motor sport.
The organisers hoped attendance would break last year’s 30,000 mark across the two days.
They said the festival’s focus this year was on promoting motoring culture, from cool classics, retro, old-school, performance and prestige vehicles to the just plain odd.
More than 800 local and international vehicles had been invited to participate in the free event.
The motor fest includes a waterfront Makers and Growers Market at Steampacket Gardens, a Shannons Classic Motorshow, a motorcycle Mecca and a Can-am sports car demonstration.
