HE’S cocky, no doubt about it — and here’s artist Noreen Salt’s avian interpretation of Geelong mohawk mayor Darryn Lyons.
Her sulphur-crested cockatoo image features what looks unmistakably like the mayor, with blue and white-fur robes, golden chains, maroon shirt and tie and Corio Bay background,
