A FLASHER has performed lewd acts at a Bell Post Hill public toilet, according to police.
Detectives from a sexual offences and child abuse investigation team are investigating the incidents earlier this month.
Police believed the suspect entered male public toilets at a shopping centre on Anakie Rd just before 4pm on 11 June.
He was seen sitting in a cubicle with the door partially open, wearing no clothes and masturbating.
The victim left the toilet and returned a short time later when he observed him standing near a urinal clothed and masturbating.
Investigators believed the same man was seen in the same toilets masturbating on 31 May.
Detectives have released an image of a man they believe can help with the investigation.
