Four stabbed in mysterious incident

Four men with stab wounds turned up at Geelong hospital on Sunday night, leaving police non-plussed on Monday morning as to what occurred.
Two men attended hospital shortly after 9.15pm and received treatment for non-life-threatening stab wounds and assault-related injuries.
A short time later, two other men attended hospital with similar injuries and also received treatment.
Police were investigating the incident on Monday morning.
But a Victoria Police spokesperson was unable to give the age and suburbs of the victims or specify where in Geelong the mysterious incident occurred.
“The exact circumstances surrounding the incident are yet to be determined,” they said.
The spokesperson urged anyone with information on the incident to phone Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or visit www.crimestoppersvic.com.au
