A WOMAN has died and two people are critically injured following a bus crash on the Great Ocean Road at Gellibrand Lower.
Police and emergency services are currently at the scene, where four people are trapped. They were called to the site, near the intersection of The Boulevard, around 2pm.
Investigators believe the bus may have left the road and gone 20 metres down a ravine.
The bus appears to have been carrying six adult tourists, believed to be Korean nationals. Police confirmed that a woman was deceased, two people in a critical condition, with four people currently trapped.
The Great Ocean Road is closed to traffic around the crash site between Princetown Rd and Gellibrand River Road.
Drivers should detour via Princetown Road and Lavers Hill-Colac Road.
