Body recovered

Police recovered a body in waters off Portarlington following its discovery on Tuesday morning.
Officers received reports of human remains in the water near Bennetts Head shortly after 6am, Leading Senior Constable Natalie Dean said.
“The area has been examined by police and the remains will be taken to the Coroner’s Court to be forensically tested.”
